I sent my honest and sincere dissatisfaction response in and was contacted my the Manager and told in a few days hence I would be receiving a night GRATIS from CI & S for the displeasure. I thanked Him and told him in a return E-mail, that as a member of the clergy for over 33 years that I understood forgiveness and another chance. I said, since they were attempting to make it right by offering the gratis nights lodging that I would reciprocate and I would give them another try. Well, just as a follow up. The Supposed Gratis nights lodging promised nearly 2 months ago was never sent to me. I guess the promise was a ploy to secure a response that might set better with the Corporate Leadership of CI & S. Unfortunately, the lack of follow through in the promised nights lodging only serves to support what were my initial thoughts. Once again, CI & S was unable to meet a promise made.
