I received a free night voucher last fall (2009) for staying 2 nights. The voucher was to be used in early 2010. I booked 2 nights in late January & you wouldn’t honour the free night voucher when I made the reservations. I won’t be applying for the that promotion again.
On our way to AL from OK, we stopped at Alexandria LA. The stay was very nice, and we were welcomed the next morning by Mr. Alfred who greeted us and had us sit while he “fixed” our breakfast for us. We just had to tell him what we wanted, and when, and he did everything. The walls in “his” breakfast area are filled with pictures and certificates attesting to his great hospitality. Thank you for hiring such a great person.
